I'm going to start with a quick apology! I'm really sorry I have been so un-active during the past few weeks! I have been revising for my school exams. No I am not doing my GSCE's, however I just simply have end of year exams that are taking place this week, but I felt so guilty for not posting!
I am going to do my very late April Favorites even though its the 10th May, but I have SOO many posts drafted that vary from DIY to Pamper Stuff, so make sure you keep you look out for them! The best way to no that I have uploaded is to follow my on 'Bloglovin'.
My new plan is to try and begin to upload a lot more frequently and become a lot better haha!
Without further a do here is what I have been loving in April...
I'm going to dive right in and start with such a random favourite but it is this shower gel! Through no preference of my own my mum bought this on her weekly shop and it is like a God send! It smells increrdible! It smells like Strawberry Milkshake! I have literally had a shower twice a day just to ensure I smell as good as this haha! I would HIGHLY recommend this and its so cheap too!
Okay here's a beauty favourite now... I have absolutely been loving Benefit's They're Real Mascara! I actually own 3 mini versions and one full version ( a bit obsessive I know) however they keep coming in the little sets me & my mum buy haha! Neverless I love it! I only starting using it because I left my Rocket Volum Mascara at my friend's house but now I'm a convert! This is not cheap but its so worth it so you can purchase it here!
Another general beauty favourite has been the Soap and Glory 'Girl of Whirl' set. I absolutely adore this set and most of the items in it have quickly become my favourites. I thought I included the 'Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick' in my previous favourites post but I completely forgot! The set is quite pricey (40 pounds) but SO worth it, however unfortunately I'm struggling to find it online! So here are the products I have been loving from the set...
Anyhow I have a favourite colour that is part of my every-day make-up look and I absolutely love it! It is the colour 'Minky'. I also use the colour on the top left - 'Vanilla' in the cornea of my eye to make my eyes look a little bit brighter!
It's just a gorgeous gold toned eyeshadow with a glimmer in it and it goes perfectly with my 'Nude Swings' Benefit Eyeshadow. Blended together they create a gold - bronze lid and I absolutely love it! I don't know if you can purchase it separately but if you can I would definitely recommend!
I have also been the 'Solar Powder' bronzer. This is a multi bronzer and to be honest I tend to use the lighter shade for an everyday make-up look so that my make-up doesn't look to full on. The colours are just perfect and I love them! You can buy this product separately here if your interested!
Similarly I have been loving this 'Glow it All Out' Luminizing Face Powder. I think the picture make it look darker than it actually is but it is a perfect highlighter leaving your face with just a healthy warm glow and I would definitely recommend it! I apply this pretty much lightly all over my face as a beautiful highlighter but mostly on my cheeks and t-zone. You can purchase it individually here!
I have tried and in the middle of trying to buy more different clothes for spring and summer than automatically choosing clothes I feel comfortable in! This also applies to make-up as well and instead of going for a more dramatic eye look which is what I usually opt for, I have gone brighter on my lips and this month I have been loving the Maybeline Super Stay 14 Hour Lipstick in the shade 'Eternal Rose.
This is not the best picture but it is a really deep pink with a hint of red but is very bright! I actually bought this in America, and in America you cant swatch things before buying them which me and my mum didn't like, so we had to really buy this blind. I didn't realise how bright it actually was but I instantly fell in love with it! It matches with so many different clothes and is perfect for summer! Unfortunately they don't sell this colour in the UK but they sell other gorgeous colours here!
Another lip product I have been loving which I have been debating weather or not to post due to the fact it is not available in the UK, however I decided to share it. It is this lip balm from 'Aeropostale'. This is just a clear lip balm, but I adore the packaging I think its super cute and I also love the size haha! I don't think I will be running out of this for a while which is really great haha! It smells like strawberry's and I just love how moisturising it feels on my lips!
I understand I have rambled but I feel like I haven't posted in so long I needed to catch up haha!
