What to do on a Flight!♥ Summer Series

Many of you this summer will be going abroad somewhere, you lucky little things! As excited as I am for my holidays I do not like the flight. Usually I fly to Spain which is only a two hour flight, however I have been on longer flights and it seems to be whatever flight duration I always get extremely bored and I don't really know what to do after I've read through my magazine!

Especially if you are only going on shorter flights they do not have the TV's built in on the back of your seats which make the time go even longer! I thought if you were like me, you would probably benefit a lot from this post haha! My aim for this year is to make the flight the most enjoyable yet!

Music!

Make yourself a big Summer playlist (make sure its a loongg one because you don't want to listen to the same songs over and over and over again!), this will really get you in the mood for your holidays, and could also help you dose off for a while!
Top Tip: This may sound silly but make sure you bring headphones and not earphones (unless there all super fancy and technical) because your ears will thank you!
Take lots of magazines!

I would say take about 3 magazines, depending on the length of your flight,  mine this year is only 2 and a half hours, because it will give you a lot of time to engross in them and you've always got more to read if you finish them.

Read a Book!

If your like me you always have a book or two to take away with you, to read whilst your by the pool etc. I always take a few just in case so why not start on the plane? If you get sucked into a book it will pass time easily and you'll be there before you know it!
DVDS!
Although shorter flights don't have TV's, bringing a DVD player, or a tablet of some sort enables you to download some films to watch along the way! Also, you could bring a few films on holiday to where you are staying because the TV is probably foreign but a lot of places usually have DVD players!
Sleep!
If your like me and don't sleep on flights AT ALL than this probably isn't very beneficial, however you can buy some tablets from Boots or the Pharmacy that help with sleeping and send you off to sleep in an instant! Bringing a neck cushion, eye mask and earplugs (for those annoying little babies on board) will definitely help the situation!

Face Masks!
As you know, flying dries out your skin, and if your with a friend, then face masks are always fun! Your skin will also thank you for it! I always opt for a clear drying face mask when I fly because it wont be very messy! Just make sure you bring some wipes to take it off!

Notebook & Pen!

Especially if your a fellow beauty blogger, you will know how vital a notebook and pen is for ideas! As soon as I think of an idea, I have to jot it down somewhere, and who knows what amazing ideas you can come up with thousands of feet in the sky! Also, the plane just gives you a little bit of no wifi time to relax and plan your future blogging plans!
I really hopes that this helps you pass through those endless hours on a plane and just think of where your going to be at the end of the flight!  Currently reading this I have done my flight and I am in beautiful sunny Spain!
