Back to School Makeup! | Collab Series with BeautybyKiera!

So the time has rolled around again and everyone is back to school and studying! So if you haven't already worked it out...this is a collaboration with one of my best friends Kiera! We thought that there would be nothing better, considering we both go to the same school, to do a Back to School Series!

Early mornings start again and there just isn't enough time to get everything ready! I have finally, after 3 years, come up with a speedy makeup routine to make me look natural, though not bare faced!
I am thinking of doing a back to school skincare routine to show you all very soon, as I purchased a few products recently perfect for early morning starts, and to help you put your best face forward for a new school year!

I actually don't wear foundation to school, as I don't feel my skin *touch wood* is bad enough to wear every day and as you know I only wear foundation on special occasions , so I skip this step, (however read Kiera's post as she includes foundation) and I head straight to concealer and seeing as I have had a little tan on my face I have to use the Benefit Boi-ing shade` 2.
I apply this under my eyes, around my nose and on any blemishes I have.

I then apply a bit of powder to set the concealer and prevent oily skin throughout the day, and although this is the Dior powder, I actually use the Rimmel Stay Matte powder, because it's my favourite!

Then I put some of the Benefit 'They're Real' mascara, but not a lot because I don't want my eyes to look too heavy.

I then lightly apply a highlighter all over my face, just so my face has a little glow throughout the day, however I don't top this up throughout the day because I don't want my face to GLOW and look ridiculous!

I then apply a lip balm and top that up throughout the day and I must confess I don't have a specific lipbalm, I usually chuck something in my bag and use that throughout the day.

I keep my makeup SO low key as I don't want to look ridiculous; just a little more presentable than bare faced!

Hope you enjoyed this post and collaboration with BeautybyKiera and be sure to see more of her soon!
